Y-RING, also called U CUP, which is a typical lip-seal with a Y-shape section. 
Y-RING can be classified as: Wide type, narrow type, YX type etc by the height and wide proportion;

 It also can be sorted by the height of two lips as: Same-height of both lips seal for both axes and hole use, 

 non-same-height of both lips seal for axes and hole use. 

Y-RING has a very wide application such as reciprocating sealing set, which owns higher life than the O-RING seals. What’s more, the Y-RING will have a better performance on sealing effect, working life, limit of the working pressure with 

different bead flanges when it chooses the PU as the main material.
