V-RING has a V-shape section, which is widely used to keep dust, farina, water with it’s mixture, oil and fatty off from the axes 

or sealing system. V-RING can be applied to most of axes, also can work as the assistant seals 

on the tough environment that the main seals could be workless easily. 
The material of V-RING: In general case, the NBR can satisfy most sealing requirement;

 When the temp is higher than 100? Or with extremely chemical media, then the FKM(VITON)should be concerned. 

Strongpoint of V-RING: 
1. Convenient to install, allows normal stretching to make it cover on the rotation axis tightly 

     just by it’s own elasticity of the rubber; 
2. Good anti-rubbing ability, with light pressure on the lips and the pressure will go smaller as 

    the linear velocity goes stronger; 
3. Allows some axis eccentric; 
4. High effect on resistance to the dust, farina, water and oil or fatty.
